Community Impact

PULLUP COMMUNITY IMPACT

EVERY RIDE CAN MOVE A COMMUNITY FORWARD.

PullUp Community Impact connects municipal transportation activity to measurable local economic development.

When an eligible municipality activates a PullUp Enterprise Community Impact Program, approved drivers can be connected to that municipality. For qualifying completed and financially settled rides, 1% of the qualifying ride fare is designated for that municipality’s community economic-development fund administered through the ONYX Repository Foundation Growth Accommodation Fund (GAF) structure.

The 1% community contribution is designed to come from PullUp’s platform share and not reduce the participating driver’s established driver earnings.

PUBLIC COMMUNITY IMPACT BOARD

TRANSPARENCY FROM THE RIDE TO THE GRANT.

Each participating municipality can receive a public impact board showing verified, privacy-safe community metrics. No rider names, driver names, trip addresses, phone numbers, or private transportation records are displayed publicly.

  • Participating municipal drivers
  • Qualifying rides completed
  • Qualifying transportation value
  • Local driver earnings generated
  • 1% community impact contributions generated
  • Pending contributions

HOW THE MONEY MOVES

RIDE. EARN. REINVEST. REPORT.

01 — Municipality Joins PullUp Enterprise
The municipality creates an approved Enterprise account and activates the Community Impact Program.

02 — Local Drivers Are Enrolled
Eligible PullUp drivers are assigned a Community Impact Home municipality through the approved municipal program.

03 — Qualifying Rides Are Completed
The driver continues completing eligible PullUp rides under normal platform rules.

04 — The 1% Contribution Is Calculated
After a qualifying ride reaches the required completed and financial-settlement state, PullUp creates a separate Community Impact ledger entry equal to 1% of the qualifying fare.

05 — The Public Board Updates
Only verified aggregate financial and impact data is published to the municipality’s public board.

06 — ONYX GAF Administers Grant Activity
Available funds move through the approved ONYX Repository Foundation GAF grant process.

07 — Residents and Businesses Can Apply
When a municipal grant cycle opens, eligible applicants can be directed from the public board into the ONYX GAF application process.

COMMUNITY FINANCE STATUS

PUBLIC MONEY STATUS WITHOUT PRIVATE RIDE DATA.

Pending — qualifying ride completed but contribution not yet finalized.

Settled — ride financials verified and contribution recorded.

Funded — contribution reconciled into the designated municipal GAF pool.

Committed — funds approved for a grant award.

Disbursed — grant funds delivered through the approved GAF process.

Refunds, reversals, charge corrections, or other approved financial adjustments must be reflected in the impact ledger before funds are represented as available.

MUNICIPAL COMMUNITY IMPACT BOARDS

LIVE BOARDS WILL APPEAR AS MUNICIPAL PROGRAMS ARE ACTIVATED.

Status: No municipal Community Impact Fund is currently published on this page.

Once a participating municipality completes Enterprise activation, driver enrollment, financial configuration, and reporting verification, its public board can be listed here with verified live totals.

ONE DRIVER. ONE COMMUNITY IMPACT HOME.

To prevent duplicate attribution, a participating driver should have one active Community Impact Home municipality at a time. Each qualifying ride records the applicable municipal attribution at the time of settlement so historical records remain auditable if a driver later changes programs.

BUILT FOR ACCOUNTABILITY

THE PUBLIC SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE WHAT COMMUNITY MOBILITY CREATES.

PullUp Community Impact is designed to connect transportation, local driver income, municipal partnership, nonprofit grant administration, and public accountability inside one measurable system.

Municipal Enterprise Account → Local Driver Opportunity → Qualifying Ride → 1% Community Contribution → ONYX GAF → Economic Development Grant → Public Impact Reporting
