Rewards & Offers Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
This Rewards & Offers Policy governs promotional credits, coupons, referral incentives, reward points, badges, milestone benefits, sponsor-funded offers, loyalty programs, discounts, and similar benefits made available through PullUp Rideshare.
1. Eligibility
Rewards and offers may be limited by user type, service category, account standing, geography, campaign, time period, trip history, referral status, enterprise program, sponsor requirements, or other disclosed eligibility rules. Receiving one offer does not guarantee eligibility for future offers.
2. No Cash Value Unless Expressly Stated
Unless PullUp expressly states otherwise in writing, promotional credits, reward points, badges, coupons, and similar benefits have no cash value, are not bank deposits or stored-value accounts, do not accrue interest, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be nontransferable and limited to specific services or accounts.
3. Expiration and Limits
Rewards and offers may expire, be subject to per-user or per-trip limits, exclude certain fees or services, require minimum qualifying activity, or be restricted to one redemption per account, household, device, payment method, organization, or other reasonable eligibility unit. Applicable restrictions may be displayed in the offer, application, email, campaign materials, or account notice.
4. Referrals
Referral benefits may require a referred user to satisfy eligibility conditions, create a valid new account, complete qualifying activity, remain in good standing, and avoid fraud or duplicate-account behavior. PullUp may reject referrals that appear self-referred, fabricated, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise abusive.
5. Driver Rewards and Milestones
Driver rewards may be based on completed trips, service quality, reliability, referrals, specialty-service participation, Circle relationships, community assignments, streaks, or other disclosed criteria. A reward, badge, milestone, or recognition does not create a guarantee of future trip volume, earnings, employment status, territory, preferred access, or continued program eligibility.
6. Sponsor-Funded and Partner Offers
Some benefits may be funded or administered by enterprise clients, nonprofit partners, merchants, sponsors, grant programs, or other third parties. Sponsor rules may limit eligible riders, trip purposes, service windows, destinations, funding amounts, or redemption periods. PullUp is not responsible for a sponsor’s independent decision to change, suspend, exhaust, or discontinue funding unless a written agreement provides otherwise.
7. Errors and Corrections
PullUp may correct obvious technical, accounting, eligibility, duplication, or configuration errors. If points, credits, discounts, or rewards are mistakenly issued, duplicated, or applied contrary to disclosed rules, PullUp may reverse or adjust them to the extent permitted by law.
8. Fraud and Abuse
Creating multiple accounts, falsifying referrals, staging trips, manipulating GPS or trip records, using unauthorized payment methods, exploiting technical errors, reselling credits, or otherwise attempting to obtain rewards through deception is prohibited. PullUp may withhold, reverse, suspend, or terminate rewards and account access where fraud or material abuse is reasonably suspected.
9. Taxes
Users are responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations associated with rewards, incentives, bonuses, or benefits they receive. PullUp does not provide individual tax advice and may issue tax reporting where required by law.
10. Modification or Termination
Unless a signed written agreement provides otherwise, PullUp may modify, pause, replace, or discontinue a rewards program or offer prospectively. PullUp may honor benefits already earned where required by law or by the specific published offer terms. A promotional program does not create a perpetual obligation to continue future rewards.
11. Protected Parties and No Personal Liability
For this policy, “Protected Parties” means Onyx Repository Foundation, PullUp Rideshare, and their current and former directors, officers, founders, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns, including Rodney Addison and Amanda Dixon when acting in connection with PullUp, Onyx Repository Foundation, or an authorized program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no Protected Party incurs personal liability merely because that person announced, designed, administered, communicated, modified, reviewed, corrected, suspended, or terminated a reward, offer, coupon, referral program, or sponsor-funded benefit on behalf of the organization.
No individual Protected Party personally guarantees the availability, value, continuation, tax treatment, funding, redemption, or future replacement of any reward or promotional benefit merely by discussing or administering it.
This protection does not limit liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited, including for a person’s own fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable conduct.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PullUp and the Protected Parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from expired, unavailable, reversed, sponsor-cancelled, technically unavailable, or ineligible rewards or offers. Any applicable liability limitation in the PullUp Terms of Service also applies.
13. Indemnification for Reward Abuse
To the fullest extent permitted by law, a person who engages in fraudulent or abusive reward activity agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PullUp and the Protected Parties from third-party claims, chargebacks, penalties, losses, or costs caused by that misconduct. This does not shift liability that applicable law requires a Protected Party to bear.
14. Non-Waivable Rights
This policy does not eliminate rights that applicable consumer, promotional, gift-card, tax, employment, or other law makes non-waivable. If a specific offer provides terms more favorable to the user, those specific offer terms control for that offer.
