Clear rules. Safer rides. Stronger community trust. One policy center.
PullUp Rideshare is built to move people, packages, and opportunity with structure, accountability, and community protection. This Policy Center explains the standards for riders, drivers, delivery partners, Economy Pink users, safety procedures, complaints, payments, and platform conduct.
PullUp’s standards are designed around safety, accountability, and community benefit.
Every policy should protect riders, respect drivers, support families, reduce confusion, and help PullUp operate as a reliable community-based transportation platform.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless a specific approved program, school transportation agreement, or authorized service arrangement exists.
